I think this is a very well run site. Easy to use and has a good customer support.
Unfortunately as already said on here there seems to be subscription issues !
I was shocked to find that although I had selected one month's subscription of £17 SIX months at £104 was taken from my account !!.
I contacted the site straight away and was given an option of downgrading my subscription to ONE month and the other FIVE months would be refunded. The support team said I had selected six months when signing up !!
I was quite happy with this arrangement as I only wanted to pay ONE month at a cost of £17.
I have to say that the site's support team do contact you very quickly and seem very efficient.
However on checking my account only today I've found that the site has taken TWO months subscription from me and only refunded me FOUR months at £70 instead of FIVE months at £84.
I have only been a member for just over a week so I don't know how this site can justify
taking two months from me at £34.

1, It is part of a much larger organisation and you keep getting tripe from their sex contact sites, overseas sites and other sites within that large organisation. If you wanted to join them you would have, but you didn't, you joined MFAS.

2, It's UK operation seems quite small and employs no night staff. When you write articles at night a computer reads your submissions and censors and rejects the whole submission if you have included one of the many "naughty" words it's programmed to reject. Frequently very unfairly.

3, It seems to be the only one that has the diary feature and once you have learned to use it, it is the best and most fun and most informative of all. It also gives you a much better insight into the person writing it.

4, By its very nature, all of its members are older and more cautious. No matter how hard you try to coax them out of their shells, they have had a lifetimes experiences and they need time. It often takes several messages to get any reply at all.

5, some people seem to join for the "Fan-mail" or the camaraderie of common loneliness and feel good to get... (Read the full review)
