I think this is a very well run site. Easy to use and has a good customer support.
Unfortunately as already said on here there seems to be subscription issues !
I was shocked to find that although I had selected one month's subscription of £17 SIX months at £104 was taken from my account !!.
I contacted the site straight away and was given an option of downgrading my subscription to ONE month and the other FIVE months would be refunded. The support team said I had selected six months when signing up !!
I was quite happy with this arrangement as I only wanted to pay ONE month at a cost of £17.
I have to say that the site's support team do contact you very quickly and seem very efficient.
However on checking my account only today I've found that the site has taken TWO months subscription from me and only refunded me FOUR months at £70 instead of FIVE months at £84.
I have only been a member for just over a week so I don't know how this site can justify
taking two months from me at £34.
I seem to have had major issues with my subscription which is a shame as other than that this is an excellent site with good customer support.
I am now waiting on a reply as to why FIVE months has not been refunded !! I will cancel my subscription if it's not sorted. Disappointed!!
In summary, I would recommend Mature Free And Single to a friend.
